Every child has their own strengths and abilities. We’re here to help them develop everyday skills, build confidence, and participate more independently in the world around them.

Our Occupational Therapy Program supports children in developing the skills they need to participate confidently and independently in everyday activities. Therapy is individualized to each child’s strengths, needs, abilities, and developmental goals, helping them build greater independence at home, school, and in the community.

Suitable for children who:

  • Have difficulty with fine motor skills, such as writing, drawing, or using utensils

  • Experience challenges with gross motor skills, coordination, or balance

  • Have difficulty with daily self-care activities such as dressing, feeding, or grooming

  • Struggle with sensory processing or become easily overwhelmed by sensory input

  • Have difficulty with attention, focus, or staying engaged in activities

  • Experience challenges with handwriting, pencil control, or classroom tasks

  • Need support developing independence in everyday routines

  • Would benefit from support with motor planning, coordination, and functional skills

Therapy Features:

  • Fine Motor Skills – Developing hand strength, dexterity, coordination, and control for everyday tasks

  • Gross Motor & Coordination – Supporting balance, body awareness, motor planning, and coordination

  • Sensory Processing – Helping children understand and respond to sensory information more effectively

  • Self-Care Skills – Building independence in dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other daily routines

  • Handwriting & Pre-Writing Skills – Supporting pencil control, handwriting, visual-motor integration, and school readiness

  • Visual-Motor & Perceptual Skills – Developing coordination between vision and movement for functional and academic tasks

  • Executive Functioning – Supporting planning, organization, attention, working memory, flexible thinking, problem-solving, and task completion

  • Attention & Self-Regulation – Helping children manage attention, emotions, impulses, and participation in everyday activities

  • Functional Independence – Developing practical skills to participate more confidently at home, school, and in the community

  • Individualized Goals – Therapy plans tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, and developmental goals
