Winnie started out in 2016 as a volunteer with an NGO, where her passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs took root. She has worked with children, teenagers and young adults aged 2 to 23 in one-to-one, group, home-based and inclusive settings, supporting ASD, learning disabilities, GDD, speech delays and behavioural challenges. She is driven by helping every child find their strengths and thrive in their own way.
