WHOA means “the expression of surprise”—and that is exactly why we chose this name.
We believe that every child and teenager is unique, no matter who they are or how they are. Each person has their own strengths, abilities, and potential, even when those qualities may not yet be visible to the world.
At WHOA, we provide Early Intervention Program that emphasizes on guidance, love, and care to children and teenagers who need someone to believe in them and walk alongside them. We look beyond their challenges and focus on their strengths — because we believe that when we give them trust, encouragement, and opportunities to grow, they can discover just how much they are capable of.
And one day, they may surprise us with their own unique strengths, talents, and achievements. That is the moment we say: “WHOA!”
